SECCO successfully advises its Clients on a wide range of hotel financial and operational activities, such as: 

• Implementation of managerial accounting and budgeting tools, developing the Chart of Accounts, Accounting Policy, and necessary documentation as Standard Operational Procedures (SOP);
• Feasibility Studies of hotel investment projects in Poland, preparation of Business Plans and Loan Application. Based on agreement with an Investor, we conduct the process of gaining external financing (loan or leasing). We work together with selected banks and financial institutions;
• Hotel Pre-Opening & Start-Up Management, including but not limited to defining the hotel's organizational chart, employing the hotel staff and implementing operational procedures;
• Post-Opening Consultancy is offered during actual operations to sustain and improve a hotels return-on-investment.
