Our training services are offered in Polish, English and in Russian.

Prior to conducting training, SECCO will audit your hotel as a business and speak with your company's managers and employees.

The purpose of SECCO's trainings is to jointly work out effective solutions which will streamline the activities in the area of asset management, budgeting, controlling, and document circulation, implementation of cost-effective purchasing, receiving and storeroom policy, management of labour cost and introduction of a proper business reporting system.

In cooperation with the Polish Hotel Market Institute SECCO initiates and conducts multiple series of trainings on USALI, helping hotels to implement managerial accounting system and effective cost & revenue management in the hotel industry.
