SECCO Hospitality Financial Management was founded in 2013 by Cezary Sarnecki and Jarosław Podniesiński, both seasoned hospitality professionals.

Together they have over 40 years of professional experience in the hospitality and medical service industries, while having specialised in accounting and finance management.

SECCO successfully advises owners, management boards and investors of hotels and conference facilities.

SECCO provides outsourced accounting and payroll services in Poland for international and local hotels, also by applying implementation of accounting software.

SECCO cooperates with renowned companies such as Micros-Fidelio and Comarch, to implement best practice between hotel operations and computerised solutions.

Cezary Sarnecki, Managing Partner

Mr. Sarnecki is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of professional experience, both in the medical and hospitality industry. He graduated from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (master degree in economics), Warsaw School of Economics (PhD level in management), is a certified Chief Accountant, member of the Accountants Association of Poland and has successfully completed international MBA studies organized by a consortium of Warsaw University, University of Antwerp, Free University of Brussels and Bergische University of Wuppertal.

Developing his career in hospitality Mr. Sarnecki has worked with international companies in Poland (incl. Marriott) as Chief Accountant, Director of Finance and General Manager responsible for complex hospitality and medical services operations with focus on revenue and cost optimization.

Mr. Sarnecki is an author of numerous articles in Polish language dedicated to accounting & finance of the Polish hotel industry and works as a coach for the Polish Hotel Market Institute.

 

Jarosław Podniesiński, Managing Partner

Mr. Podniesiński graduaded from Warsaw University of Technology (engineer, master degree). He has a track-record of over 20 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry, having specialised in the development and implementation of financial and accounting policy. He possesses an accredited license issued by the Polish Ministry of Finance entitling him to conduct bookkeeping in Poland.

Working with renewed Polish hotels as well as international hotel chains, Mr. Podniesiński has managed P&L responsibilities, prepared pre-opening procedures for hotels and has implemented profit driven controlling procedures.

 

He specializes in implementing international standards (SOP) in the hotel industry.
